Consultant Family Practice Consultant Family Practice On behalf of our client we are seeking a dedicated NYS Licensed M.D. or D.O. Board Certified or eligible Family Family Practice Physician to join our team. ACLS and PALS certification required. One or more years of experience in Family Practice clinic preferred. Will provide care to patients at the Sidney Family Health Center. The hours for this position are M-F, 8-5, no weekends, and call is 1:5. CMH is a 138 bed not-for-profit hospital with three regional family practice centers. Affilated with United Health Services in Binghamton, we offer a very large range of medical services to the communities we serve.
