(CL1338) SENIOR DIRECTOR TRANSFER PRICING SENIOR DIRECTOR TRANSFER PRICING LOCATION: New York, N.Y. SALARY: $200K - $280K, commensurate with experience BENEFITS: Full benefits package is included EXPERIENCE: Minimum of ten (10) years The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, mentoring and evaluating staff, in particular STS Transfer Pricing Managers, Senior Associates, Associates and Interns in the Department. You will work with this group in developing and implementing actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance, to recognize tax risks and identifying potential changes in tax policy and regulations for the Firm’s large Client base. You will assume all other duties and tasks as identified by the Firm for a Senior Director Transfer Pricing, which may include but is not limited to – representing Clients on contested issues; insuring Clients are tax compliant; and guiding the Tax Services leadership team for complex tax questions and issues. Candidate must have at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, possess a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in accounting or economics (or other relevant fields) with certification as a CPA. An advanced degree would be a great asset. Previous Management experience is required. You must have computer expertise, solid knowledge of MS Office Suite and strength with tax related software such as Go Systems and related research databases. You must possess leadership abilities (to effectively manage a team of tax professionals) as well as exceptional analytical and interpersonal verbal and written communication skills. High motivation, with the proven results in working in a fast paced environment, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks as well as analytical and research skills are other necessary characteristics.
