SAP Consultant Track record of IT Strategy and Roadmap projects Multiple Large System Implementations as an Integration Manager / Solution Architect - required Ability to understand existing Application landscape ( SAP and non-SAP) and define the end state best practice Application Landscape and the Roadmap to achieve it. SAP Standardization Project scope : Complete removal of Home grown application from SAP Upgrade SAP to support packs and enhancement pack levels Determine roadmap to eliminate custom objects in SAP Archival Strategy for SAP Remove non-standard SAP configuration to reduce table growth. Role & Deliverables: Work with IT and Business teams to understand the existing system landscape and the business processes. Document the customizations in SAP and non-standard System setup. Document high level current system architecture. Define and Document the End State best practice solution architecture. Determine the Roadmap to achieve the end state solution along with Strategic projects in the pipeline. Provide high level project plan.
