Java Developer (UML, COM+,Java based tools,Mapper) Job Code : EXP_2588 Title : Java Developer (UML, COM+,Java based tools,Mapper) Job Location : Albany, NY Mandatory Requirements : • Must have a minimum of two years application development experience using one or more of the following concepts and technologies: o Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development o UML o XML o N-tiered client/server development o Web services o JAVA based tools such as; Websphere, Enterprise Java Beans, IBM HTTP Server, Ant – Java build tool • Must have a minimum of two years experience performing development work in one or more of the following specialty areas: o Unisys COBOL, Micro Focus COBOL o MAPPER o RDMS o C++ o Visual Basic 6.0 o Visual Studio .Net (or latest version) o IIS o COM+ o Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g, or higher o Windows NT/2000/XP (or latest version of Microsoft Operating System) o Telecommunications o GUI Desirable Requirements : • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • At least 3 years experience in client, business tier and data tier application development of complex, n-tiered client-server applications using .NET • At least 3 years experience developing applications using all of the following within the .NET 3.0 or later framework: VB.NET, WCF, WPF • At least 3 years experience using SQL, PL/SQL writing stored procedures, functions, preferable in Oracle 10g or higher • At least 3 years experience writing unit tests and running regression/integration tests • At least 2 years experience in performing knowledge transfer to client staff of programming techniques supporting the development of n-tiered client-server applications. (Provide concrete work experience not theory).
